Celebrate the culture of Japan at the Oita Japan Festival!

The tenth annual Oita Japan Festival #OitaATX is hosted by the Austin-Oita Sister City Committee (AOSCC) to celebrate Austin's Japanese Sister City, Oita.
This family-friendly festival includes Japanese food, kids' activities, cultural education and more. Final lineup and details coming soon.
TV favorites Chikage Windler and Adela Uchida will be at the festival!
Bamboo Boys Bluegrass from Oita with collaboration with Austin musicians
Take' Asazu will be performing a Shinto ceremony and bluefin tuna breakdown demonstration! A Japanese bluefin tuna will be flown into the Oita Fest, broken down by Chef Take', then made into fresh Bluefin Temaki. Pre-order link. Pre-order highly encouraged as we expect to sell out before the festival.
